Mr. Pankaj Jain is an industry veteran with an experience of over 25 years in consulting clients across several sectors of industrial, commercial & banking leasing. Mr. Jain has travelled intensively across the country and has seen through deals of over 1000 clients while having leased out over 85 lacs square feet of commercial, retail & office space. Working in the industry for past 8 years, Gaurav, with his team, takes care of East & North Delhi & NCR Zone, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, and the seven sister states ensuring timely delivery of inventory to clients. Gaurav has been able to build a strong network ensuring that his team has the inventory of all the latest warehouses and commercial spaces in his area of focus. With deep knowledge of the warehousing industry, Gaurav has been able to sign off clients at a state level a number of times proving to be an important part of our company.

Land Acquisition - Sandeep is a dynamic professional having five years of experience in land acquisition. Mr. Rahul is the youngest team member with just a couple of years of experience.
